VIDEO-Minneapolis Rally to Stop Impeachment on Sat!

Filed under: Uncategorized — Sylvester @ 6:08 pm

It’s time again to gather publicly in support of Bush! Join us in Uptown Minneapolis Sat, June 9th, 2007 at 11:30am. Here’s a video of our protest:

Moonbats like the people at ImpeachForPeace.org (home of the Commie Pinko “Do-It-Yourself Impeachment“) are trying to impeach this great man. They don’t understand that our President needs to be able to arrest, detain indefinitely, and torture Americans and members of other less worthy nations. They fail to grasp that our Commander in Chief must be allowed to preemptively invade any country He decides may be a threat to our own! In short, they doubt that our Chief Executive is above the law!

In light of how successful our first rally in February was (http://corporaterights.org/blog/?p=3), Patriots for Corporate Rights invites your to show your support for His Administration! Join us Saturday, June 9th, 2007 at 11:30 a.m. We’ll gather in Uptown Minneapolis at Lagoon and Hennepin in front of the library. Bring yourself, a friend, and signs that express your outrage at those who would dare to enforce laws that our President has decided are not important!

We’ll see you there!

  1. Maybe the “President needs to be able to arrest, detain indefinitely, and torture” the CEOs of the corporations. Personally I dont think he should be able to do any of these things. If you dont like it then go do business in a facist country instead of here.

  3. Great man? We are a hated nation because of him and this makes him great how? Even if you support him, you have to agree with the fact the the USA has became a country people around the world love to hate since he has been in office. I don’t know about you but regardless of how you feel about that man, we do not want to be a hated country in the eyes of the world because our economy cannot sustain itself without global support. The majority of goods we consume are produced outside the States for goodness sakes.

  4. I appreciate the effort you guys put into your demonstrations but, frankly, you need to rethink what exactly you’re doing. Look into what other performative demonstrations do. The goal shouldn’t be to incite reactions but rather to expose contradictions. You’re going about it from entirely the wrong angle: you shouldn’t be demonstrating in uptown where you’re preaching to the choir, but rather in suburban shopping centers or corporate business areas, and as another commenter mentioned, you should definitely be dressed tidier. You haven’t co-opted rightist slogans and propaganda until you have the hypocrites standing alongside and you agreeing with you. You have to be taken seriously by your ideological counterparts. I think this direction is more than apparent in the work of the Yes Men and explicitly articulated by Christoph Schlingensief in his work “Foreigners out! Schlingensiefs Container.” I can tell that you guys are having a good time but I believe what you guys are doing to be relatively ineffective political strategy.

  5. Ilias, you might be right that we should head to the suburbs where we have more support. But we are not looking for approval by other so-called conservatives who aren’t as willing, for example, to own up to the fact that profit is a justifiable reason for our occupation of Iraq and (hopefully) our upcoming Iran invasion. We’re going to tell the real truth about the greatness of the Bush Administration and the direction our country is headed even when we’re willing to say what other conservatives are only thinking. Our goal isn’t to incite reactions — it’s to make people realize that there’s nothing absurd or contradictory about our ideas — like that accountability is overrated, nor that preemptive invasion of every country that might be a threat to us is a good idea.

  6. Hi Mr. Bosman,
I am very supportive of your cause, and I am wondering if you will be holding any rallies in Minneapolis in the near future. I firmly believe that we need to support our President 100% for he is anointed by God to protect our free country. May you find prosperity and unquestioning support in your quest!
    Regards, Benjamin H.

Please contact me with details for your next gathering.
